Geek update: the moon, Mars and Aldebaran are in conjunction forming a triangle tonight but I find it a rather depressing view as Aldebaran is brighter then Mars. Mars just looks sad compared to its bling last year as our orbits were closer together.

Still if you want a view look to the moon. If you can't tell Aldebaran from Mars then have no fear cause BK will enlighten y'all.. Mars is on the right side of the moon, Aldebaran on the left.

We're doing a practice walk tomorrow (doing one of the three peaks by itself) and I thought I'd have a go at making flapjack, it's good energy food and it'll be nice to have something to share.

Oh my god. Cooking flapjack is the best smell in the world! Posted Image

Did my first 5K run! So chuffed with myself as my progress thus far hadn't really felt like much. Also people have been generous in donating and I am currently 20% of my targeted fundraising. :)

Nice one!

My WMMHT is similar - we did our first training walk with half the team yesterday, did Pen-y-Ghent on its own. Was a confidence boost and I think it helped settled in my head that no matter what training we all do between now and July nothing will make the day comfortable, but you don't do challenges because they're easy. Beautiful weather and the outdoor group we joined up with for the day were lovely

Just finished work. My inbox only has 12 unread emails in it instead of 200+, I'm not back in work until Tuesday. Not only that but today I actually had a lunch break and I had it sitting in my garden, in the sunshine, enjoying my brand new garden furniture.

My life literally doesn't get much better than this these days.

I need you to know that my inbox currently has 16,506 unread emails in it, and that doesn't count ones I forward to a number of 'alert' folders (which have over 70k in them all added together)

What's the point, Obdi? My method is to mark as read anything that has been unread for over 3 months. If it was important they will have either sent me another message or got their answers from someone else.

My boss runs at an unread deficit of 600+. I can't cope that way.
