1 hour, and she's home. Not that I will see her tonight... but it's the principle

I introduced the girlfriend to the family yesterday. We're still together as of today, so I guess she's a keeper.

3rd win in a row for the Sunday outdoor team, w00t!
Was actually able to play most of the game, mostly competently, though with a few twinges here and there.
towards the end some bastard forward did another full on run into my outstretched bad leg/side. But it didn't feel horrible.
Indoor playoffs tomorrow and then Wed. Thur going to see my therapist about the muscle, will probably end up getting some physio done.

Meant, you do know that most of your ongoing injury issues could be resolved with a break. The ammouny of training nd games you seem to be playing, muscle fatigue simply has to be a major factor for you.

After the stresses of the last few weeks (looking for a place to live and the impending move) as a treat, my wife has decided to buy us an Xbox One - rather happy with this as I really wanted this months GwG, plus I sold her on the fact the Team 17 have a new worms games being released tomorrow called Worms WMD, which they have went back to their tried and tested 2d format which I'm happy about.
All I now need to do is go to my job interview this afternoon and smash it and the good times can keep stacking up

Finally found some time to go into a phone shop for an upgrade.. I've been due one for a year and a half apparently!
So I now have an S7 Edge. Bit of an upgrade from my S3, and it looks lovely, way nicer than my wife's iBrick.

So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

Exploding banter on texting. She has so many similar mannerisms to me. Having a blast.

There'll be a long break soon. But I have to get through play-offs first.

New place comes with a solid oak 6 seat dining table, a large corner suite, 4 bed, 4 bath 2 lounges built in 'black goods' (same as white goods but well different colour) and a wine fridge, but sadly no Xbox one lol.
New place is mostly unfurnished which worked out well as our current place was unfurnished also.
I'm actually looking more forward to getting the new Worms game than the one though tbh, those games are awesome.

Back from the hospital finally with our little one. She was born at 7:07PM on Sunday night after a lengthy labour (mom is doing fine now though, and Epidural was her favourite word)!
We named her Quinn. And she's just about the cutest little thing you've ever seen. But then I may be biased. Or she already has me wrapped around her little finger.
Huzzah!
Thanks all for the well wishes!

Dads should get complimentary epidurals too.

Congratulation.
On a completely unrelated note, Quinn is a fun champion to play in League of Legends.

Congratulations! What lovely news!
WMMHT: Looking at some more houses with Dad on Saturday morning (hopefully) and then he's coming up to falconry with me so he can see me in the flying show - owner has decided the informal flying show later in the day is for me and the other young lady to learn the ropes and once we're trained up we'll take that one ourselves. Still totally nerve-wracking but the adrenaline is like nothing else. There were about 100 people last time and I wanted to hide when I saw them!
Also, going up twice this week more birds for me!

Now that I'm taken off that project-thing, I actually have some free time again. And I don't feel this overwhelming urge to drink anymore.
Also, my apartment is so fricking cosy, and I actually quite enjoy being on my own
And a friend bought me a 25 year old Glenmorangie for my birthday...which is in 4 months...we haven't even been friends for that long o.0
