I just assume everybody other than me lives in a swanky end. Hehe.
It's a nice student area that, nice park and some sweet little cafés on the Main Street yeah? Only half a mile away. In fact it's very local for me. Yeah I like heaton a lot. But isn't it Jesmond and not Jedburgh he want a to nice to?
It's a VERY nice area Jesmond and just up the road. Expensive. But then all the nice one are aren't they?
Anyway glad you had a nice time.

Erm yeah it might be Jesmond. He is in software development so he can probably afford to live somewhere a bit nicer. Though I don't think the area he lives in is bad at all but I think he wants a bit more space now he has a kid.

My Middle Earth map is coming along nicely - the lettering isn't right, but it's only in for positioning at the moment.
When I sat down a couple of weeks back I was completely daunted by this and didn't think it would come out well at all - pleasantly surprised!

Get two ps2s and stack one on top of the other, it'll still be cheaper than a ps4 and will have better games.

May have landed a job/internship to do some tv style video work. Did a few informal interviews, and they had me go and shoot some footage and edit it into a short piece. They've basically told me I have the position, but it has to go through an official application process which will take about 2 weeks.
Delighted, but cautious as I still haven't been able to sign an actual contract (back in 2001, i had a government job informally offered to me, and foot and mouth broke out before i could sign a contract, and all government hire that required travel was put on hold for a year, so my job never happened).
So fingers crossed. First proper job in the film/tv business hopefully. Should be able to learn a huge amount, and make great contacts. And all because I was nice to a person who in turn recommended me to this organisation. Good karma.

Had a really great day today. It was my day off and my girlfriend came over after a shitty day at work to blow off steam so we chilled and chatted for hours and then went shopping and finished off with Lebanese Wraps and Ice cream coffee. Feeling pleasantly fuzzy right now

Found a Paul Smith travel suit, original label still attached, trousers not yet tailored, for a quarter of the price in a New York vintage store. Fits like it's made for me.
