my god you know so little its almost embarrassing
Most ford falcons have the 4L, infact I *think* its the smallest engine you can get in a falcon (on 5th and 6th gen anyway, 4th gen offered a small 3.2 straight 6) Holden are (Frome my experience) similarly stupidly engines, because they power output is quite frankly abysmal for such a large unit (iirc my falc turfed out 200 when it rolled off the production line, a hell of a lot less when I owned it, from a 4L 6cylinder.engine that's just ridiculous compared to what a Japanese engine can do. Same as American cars, Big country syndrome.
To be fair, I tend to dismiss Fords and Holdens as stupid cars that aren't even suited to their much-touted "V8 Supercars" tournament. They can't corner for shit, their top-end speed is, as usual, useless in everyday driving, and they don't accelerate fast enough until their turbo kicks in, at which point most cars are already at the speed limit anyway. Never mind that the people who "own" them (usually more likely to be a lease or company car) don't drive them properly. Such a waste.
So bite me. I've seen plenty of them with engines smaller than 4L around here - and the ones with larger either don't say on the car, or I've dismissed as utterly ridiculous. I'd never consider buying one, either, so haven't looked at them properly in that sense. XD
