Yeah, when I read the double support by Broody, I was really hoping to see TT bounce over Izmir from Istanbul Would be cool to have Cause back in the game just a tiny bit more.

Poor Grief really took over at the wrong time. It's like me in the last game, starting my Diplomacy career in the middle of a Macros mess.
It's good learning, though, when you start your own game from zero it will be easier.

That's most definately true.
Grief also has the unlucky central position, which means constant harassment from two sides, and as it seems right now, an Eastern steamroller coming for him.

Yeah, you've been systematically scratching his defenses, but you can do so only because Broody let's you If there was going to be a three-way-war for the Med, I'm fairly sure things would turn out different, for everyone possessing Tunesia would be hardpressed.

lol, it's all a well-concieved plan to push the two of you out, and we'll be patient about it, fear not. No quick pay-off expansionism that we can't support:) But I saw your PM, it was very eloquent. Bad luck and all...
Or something like that, anyway

i had put forward to block that manouver, but then i was overrulled.
plus you did exactly what i would have done, stoopping cause from building in izm lets you keep control, you cant retreat from there so your obviously going to attack from there this year into ist...
of course thats just a good excuse for not letting cause have two units, if he had of built there he would have pushed himself into ist and you would have fought all this time to give him a hand isntead f gaining any sc yourself

Ask Cause how he feels.
From a rule PoV: His army would be disbanded if there is nowhere to retreat to, so if Brood seals the area up tight or is boxed in and can't evacuate, Cause would be removed from the game. Up until then, or unless he manages to get a second centre or a place to retreat to which would guarantee him continued possession of a sc, he's at other people's mercy.
