Also genius
"I think i was a bad person before. Before this time. I do not try to be good now but i am not bad. Perhaps if i try harder i may get a better hand dealt next time? But surely that makes it pointless? Perhaps i am good. Just good at being pointless. But that would make me bad. Bad at having a point. Ah…. I see now. I was nothing before, I am nothing now. I am bad purely because im pointless. "

He looks more like a scholar or a mge of some sort, than a battle-hardened war veteran. He needs a face-warmer

dujek is always described as narrow, or 'hatchet' faced, so i think nobbs has got it
There's a fine line between genius and insanity. I have erased this line.

What's that based on? It's agonisingly familiar...
Great job though Noobs, think you nailed it.

To me it looks like Clint Eastwood.
Anyway, nice one Noobs. As always

It fits with my image of Dujek. It kind of reminds me of Cesar

I was thinking more Terrance Stamp, but it's very good regardless.
Now all the friends that you knew in school they used to be so cool, now they just bore you.
Just look at em' now, already pullin' the plow. So quick to take to grain, like some old mule.

Here's an old picture. My first (and last) attempt on doing something in photosop . It's not finished, and most likely never will be, but I'll post it anyway.

How did I not discover this thread before? Some genuinely funny cartoons here, gotta love stick-men but also some really interesting "serious" art. Whoever did that sketch of Beak, that was so spot-on I raised BOTH eyebrows in surprise. It was so how I envisioned the character.

My first attempt... Dassem Ultor. He's a favorite character but I was surprised when I looked up his description in the encyclopedia. I always saw him as this Beorn-like character; large, long brown hair, bearded, caucasian...something like this guy: http://farm4.static...._07475d2f05.jpg
Anyway, here he is. You may laugh. And if you wish, tutor me in the ways of making art on the computer.
