Checking in. Yup, 8 hours isnt much. Pretty much everyone who's played today has voted I think. Unless people start switching their votes, this game has pretty much ground to a halt
hopefully some of the missing players will start to play sometime soon, else it looks like we're going to night...
I still dont understand why you're so eager to lynch someone who 1) isnt corleone 2) some people think is a don. Your evidence just means he's not in your team. For all we know you're a corleon who's desperately building a train on someone you think is a safe target.
You want to 'level the field', as does Gam, who is also voting for Barg. Only Corleon and unaligned players want that now. You dont mind risking a possible don, a move the FM will be smiling about. You're drawing attention away from Mockra, who has raised eyebrows, made a fairly bland defense and then tried to muddle the water a little. If I didnt think Mockra was a better target I'd be thinking of voting you.

So you're defending Barghast by saying he's a don? Well, if he was a don, I've been on his ass all day, I think I would have felt some heat.
We could do like you guys did for me and say "let's go for night, if he's a don he'll get killed by the other dons anyways". But I really don't think he's a don, and he's the one I'm most confident he's not with me.
Yes, he sent a clear message to the Corleones early this day, and to the other team as some other point. I am pushing this because it's a way to "out" a team other than the Corleone, which will severely weaken it. I don't know if we'll get the lynch, but that's not even that important. You guys are sending bright signals that you are either on team X, or not in any team, which is gold for later.
Mockra has "raised eyebrows". Well, I don't look for people who make my eyebrow raise, or my spidey senses tingling. There's no scum in this game, there's players not with me. I will vote Morckra in a heartbeat if he convinces me, by his actions, that he's not with me.

So, people vote on Mockra for symping, or was it fake symping?
Anyway we need to decide on something here. And where is everybody that haven't voted?
Edit: grammar

I'm not 100% convinced He's a don either. But the fact that he might be is staying my hand. I think keeping the dons around is a good idea until the FM is dead. Hopefully the other dons see things this way too, as a dead don opens up some doors for the FM.
Why would you want to out all the noncorleons? If you're in a family, you'd be exposing them as much as exposing the other side. And one family on it's own cant force a lynch. If you're unaligned, it makes the game easier for you, as you have a better idea where the families stand.
No scum? There are very definitely scum. & I for one would like to get them out the way as early in the game as possible. It would suck to be on the verge of victory and then lose to the FM. Or suddenly have half my team turn on me because they're triad. Sure, the unaligned players players fall under 'not you', but that's a pretty careless playstyle. Also, if you're scum, then there are only 'players not with me'...

Oh please, make me a case for someone being FM that doesn't apply to 11 of the current players.
Of course the earlier he dies the better, but I prefer the strategy of going for those I know are not with me, like this there's a good chance it can be the FM too. And if not, then one player less from the other team (just because the FM lives until the end doesn't mean he will win)
And you refusing to vote Barghast does not say you're not Corleone, it actually says you're family X (or no family) because that's the only family that doesn't have solid proof Barghast is not with them.
So, they sho7uld want him dead, and they can vote without too much fear, since it doesn't "out" them, as they can be either Corleone, family Y, or smart family X who realize they can't keep Barghast alive for long. I'm not trying to convince you why Barghast is in this position, the fact you don't see it, and that you're arguing with me, is the kind of reaction I'm trying to provoke.
As for your defense that he might be don and dons should be kept alive, that's not what you were saying about me yesterday

Well yesterday I didnt think you were a don
As for your master plan, how's that working out for you? I think the corleons aren't voting Barg cos they dont want to do your bidding and they're happy to hit anyone really. The rest of your team doesnt seem to have noticed your clue. Maybe I'm one of them and I'm just too stupid to see it. Team X doesnt look that exposed at the moment, unless there's 8 of us

A few initial observations from my catch up today.
I get that you can't make a direct quote or be too obvious but I'm really not getting anything from Barghast to indicate which family he's in (assuming he's in one at all). Can you elaborate at all? I feel completely lost here. Everyone keeps saying they have an idea who is in which group but apart from my don and perhaps one other player I have no clue. I don't even really know what I should be looking for or what I should be doing myself to try and subtly hint to my teamates.
The only thing holding me back from lynching you for your lack of activity is the fact that you might be on my team and lying low for whatever reason. If this were a normal game I would say "too quiet, kill him".
A few people have discussed the idea of "leveling the field". I am going to go back and see who is pushing for this because I think it's nuts unless you are a Corleone or an FM/Triad.

Well, this should make things easier.
All right players, let's be brutally honest: today the best target is Barghast. He is FOR SURE not Corleone from his behavior since yesterday. And when someone asked me "how do you know you're not hitting one of your own if you say you're not Corleone", I answered that I saw something that made me confident he was not.
It happened again while I was gone, and I can't imagine the rest of my team wouldn't see it if they missed it the first time. Obviously, I can't quote it, it would make everything too obvious.
So, why take a chance with other players, I mean, is anybody else's family obvious?
Here's the deal: the Corleones would be happy to kill Barghast, and so would my team. Now, time is ticking, let's all vote. Then no-one can know for sure in which family we are; maybe there will be hesitations between 2 (Corleone or my team), but that's not to bad. Add the FM, Triad, members of the third family who are confused also possibly voting, and we have a lynch that gives little info, everyone's dream.
remove vote
vote Barghast
again. No offense, and I'm not calling "scum" or "suspicious" like others have, which makes no sense. Actually, all I know is that he is neither Corleone nor my family, there's still a chance he is FM or Triad.

If the Corleones don't want to hit Barghast because of it's my "bidding", they better have a better target, which I don't see, or join an ego management class.

OK, no answer.
He says I'm dumb, which implies he's not. The only thing HP did, despite not much, is to vote for Telas.
That means Telas was the Corleone don, and that Omtose is a Corleone. Kill him.

I share both of Tellan's reservations here. I find it odd that anyone would be pushing for not lynching the remaining Corleone players, unless they have some sort of hidden agenda (aka, are corleones or are a fm/triad).
I also do not see the 'obvious' barghast thing, which has apparently happened twice? And because I do not see it I must be on his team? If you really want people to vote for Barghast, Korv, then lets see this 'proof' of alignment that you claim you have.

Well, I give up. Either after Telas, you assume that you can't judge ANYTHING from another player's actions (which I have to admit in the case of Telas, was quite spectacular), either you are all toying/afraid and wait for the last minute to switch, or I'm just full of the dumb.
Good luck, keep looking for the "laying low" posters, or maybe wait for a "finder reveal"? That will show what to do.
I'm out for a bit to cool off.

The "evidence" would give additional information I don't want to give. Plus, it's not that hard to see if you know what to look for, although it seems we'll have to discuss after the game about what qualifies as "evidence" in this kind of game because it's obviously not clear.

Or perhaps you are the Triad, attempted to recruit him and it failed, so now you want him dead? If your entire case on someone is 'hes not on my team, but I won't tell you how I know, but you should all vote for him too', it seems pretty weak to me. Does your case against him have anything else in it that I have missed? Why are you against taking out the rest of the Corleones? Is it because you are one?
