Whom do you chose?
Gary Oldman as Dracula in Bram Stoker's Dracula - The Order of the Dracul... the Dragon. An ancient society, pledging my forefathers to defend the church against all enemies of Christ. Their relationship was not entirely... successful.
Al Pacino as John Milton/Lucifer in the Devil's Advocate - Who, in their right mind Kevin, could possibly deny the twentieth century was entirely mine.
Heath Ledger/Jack Nicholson as the Joker in Batman and The Dark Knight - See, I'm a man of simple tastes. I like dynamite...and gunpowder...and gasoline! Do you know what all of these things have in common? They're cheap!
Hal 9000 from the 2001 space oddysey - I am putting myself to the fullest possible use, which is all I think that any conscious entity can ever hope to do.
The Emperor (original and new) - The alliance... will die. As will your friends. Good, I can feel your anger. I am defenseless. Take your weapon. Strike me down with all of your hatred and your journey towards the dark side will be complete!
Donald Pleasance as Ernst Stavro Blofeldt, the leader of SPECTRE - As La Rochefoucauld observed, "humility is the worst form of conceit." I do hold the winning hand.

The Emperor, hands down.
He could barey walk but man that crackling blue lightning was awesome!
I don't count the Emperor from those "other" Star Wars films....they were trash.

ah but he was the only good thing, pretty much, in those.. other films. The guy who did palpatine actually played him well, unlike the rest of the cast.
I did vote for Dracula however

I went for Drac, not really based on the Gary Oldman version but rather the old hammer horror ones with big bad Lee as the daunting vampire. He took the comical Bela Lagusi transforming into a rubber bat and changed it into something that was almost scary. One thing I found creepy about those old movies (for some reason) was the midnight scenes, that were always extremely bright versions of twilight.
Chistopher Lee walked down a street in a Romanian village once, and all the locals screamed when they saw him, slammed doors behind them selves and dashed for their crusifixes. That makes Dracular pretty epic.

I want to die the way my dad died, peacefully in his sleep. Not screaming in terror like his passengers.

I went for the Joker. Of course I was assuming this was Heath Ledger's Joker in Dark Night and not Jack Nicholson.
