Oki, a small issue.

Grief is taking over from Morgoth, but has no idea how to write orders, so he wrote out what he wanted done. I gave him a few pointers, but since part of his request is also tips on what is smart, and, seeing how I process orders and had processed several already, I really don't think I am in the position to do that.

So, since it is his first turn and it is autumn, so no time to correct mistakes before build + disband, would you mind terribly if I postponed the game + orders for a day for him to catch up? Would also help for the future

Anyway, I told him how orders are composed, and will run through his pm, telling him what I translated/ caught from it, but for smooth play, it will be better to take the time for him to master it.

I'd say deadline has been gone, and the extension I gave to Grief was solely to produce a non-debatable set of orders for now and for the future.
Secondly, I'd say that since I put up the new situation asap when home, there's no new strict deadline.

I don't think orders should be changed really. It was obviously an extension for Grief to wrap his head round the system of doing things... the previous deadline was agreed on, and should be stuck to.

You should see the amount of spam... orders DiBs deposited into my mailbox already. One more really doesn't make an exception.
My personal take would be that no new beans have been spilled (unless you've been gloating on msn or in PM, but if so, say so, please ), so I'd say that the extension goes for all and disadvantages none, apart from the fact that 24 hours have just been lost. 10 PM tonight it is.
