I've not received removal orders from Germany and Italy. I'll wait till the afternoon tomorrow (friday) before removing the following units (starting with the one that's the furthest removed from any starting supply/build centre, and in case of a tie, removing the ones who do not occupy an sc first):

Italy:
F Serbia
A Piedmont
F Apulia

Germany:
A Alsace
F Bornholm Sea

and I will also contact Obdigore to see if he's still willing to play on or just lets it slide, he's been online in the Mafia game after all. As it stands, I'm not going to show builds as that could be advantageous to the ones who have to remove.

Also, I'll start cautioning people to turn in moves 1 day in advance by PM. It's a desperate measure and one I dislike, but I don't want this game to drag itself from one week to the next with ever less people caring.

I think in the future Tapper is people miss move deadlines you should carry on regardless, it isn't hard to let people know if you need an extension, and otherwise this game is going to drag on forever.

If obdi isn't playing we can probably recruit someone from the other game/cause can take over when he gets eliminated :p

Realpolitik does remove units automatically if you don't send in orders... Obdi in particular has completely ignored the game for a week or so, it would seem. The deadlines are there for a reason, and it's getting very irritating to keep having them pushed back because one or two people can't be bothered.

My laptop is on the sodding blink right now, so I cant guarantee I'll be able to get online. I'll have limited access probably, but nothing definite. However, on Friday I'll be home so have the computer there, and on Saturday Im buying a new laptop to solve the problem, so after today's deadline (which Im fine for), is there any chance we can put the next deadline as Friday night please? That way there's only a one day delay and we still get everything in before the weekend.

I realise it's not ideal and I apologise, but in my defence it's costing me £400 so I lose more, and it's only 1 day. Plus the builds/retreats/disbands can then be done over the weekend.

If I manage to fix this piece of shit I'll let you know (as I'll still be online) and it can go back to thursday night, fingers crossed!

Cheers

I have no problems with a Friday deadline. I think a three-day-period between moves is a good pace.

YW :)

Computing moves now, slight problem with Grief's orders, trying to contact him in the Mafia game now. If he isn't online, I'll resolve within the next 15 minutes.

Oki, resolving without Grief's changes. Italy is slightly fucked through it, for which I'm sorry.
Also, welcome back to the game Obdi.

Last but not least: thanks for playing go to Cause :)
He sadly felt the dagger sliding into his back.
I hope you'll play again in the future, and if you like, you and Obdi might want to doubleteam Germany, seeing how he is incredibly busy. I'll leave that to the two of you, though.

Retreat needed from Italy: A Croatia needs to retreat.
Bosnia is the only option, or disband.
Please answer asap Grief, please.

I see no need to postpone the deadline from Friday to saturday for this 1 retreat that's needed, so the game is on.
If I receive no reply from Grief by 10 PM tomorrow, i'll use the default retreat, which is Bosnia.

Next deadline: 10 PM on Friday.

Fuck. Realized me right now that I should have resolved Grief's retreat yesterday, but with all the Champion's League football and the insane amount of goalscoring there, I forgot. Since I'm at work, I can't post the pic.

Not that it affects me directly, but does he retreat or disband?

He didn't give me any spoilers ;)
I guess with 3.0 starting up and him modding, plus getting a grip on the rules, means he wants to get rid of his inherited obligations to the Italian people.
