Yep. Everything new on D+ runs week to week. And to be fair, it's a smart way to do business as it keeps current subscribers on the hook.
I also got sick of having to binge an entire season of a popular show on like Netflix in a weekend or risk being spoiled. Stuff like Mando, Picard, Clone Wars ect. running week to week really saves me that trouble and makes my TV watching more spread out and enjoyable.
Its a really good thing Dark hasn't caught on (though it SHOULD!!) worldwide then.
I shouldn't be surprised that that is likely exactly what Disney is thinking: do all we can to prevent a one month subscription for binging what the people want to see and then getting back out. I find your opinion on the release topic interesting. Its a very legitimate issue trying to avoid spoilers online for shows that drop a whole season at once. However, I'm still a fan of not having to wait week by week for a single episode of a show. The vast majority of my life, that was the only option and I found the change very refreshing. Although I have been spoilered a time or two but maybe not as badly as some. I guess I'm mildly surprised that people are happy to go back to the "old" way of episode delivery so soon.
