SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER
How easy was it to get into the skynet base? They turned off one guard tower!!! Where the hell where all the terminators that were being mass produced 24 hrs a day 365 days a year? They just flew into the base, picked up the prisoners and flew away!!! Why hadn't Skynet simply wiped out all military bases and capability in the war? Helicopters? Warthogs? Skynet has advanced tech and infra-red but still cannot find every single warm-blooded thing on the planet!?
T1
Sarah: "Can you stop it?"
Reese: "With these weapons...I don't know"
And yet, the resistance are all armed with what, now?
And someone mentioned why did they not just kill Kyle right away, and someone said because they wanted to trap Connor to kill him (obviously

Ok, I won't even dare touch the timeline and paradox stuff as I can accept that the moment Kyle Reese and Arnie appeared at the start of T1 the timeline was altered, and so everything can change thereafter.
Anyway, not what I was hoping for at all, and it was kinda billed as the film that showed the war with the machines and that just didn't happen. It's really not the holes in the plot that bug me, but I just can't enjoy a story that makes absolutely no sense at all, and it is worse (imho) to do it with a franchise that started with such terrific films (Alien and Predator suffered the same problem)
I really wanted this to be good... *sob*
Victory is mine!

Going to see it tonight. Heard the story was only so-so, but I am not going for the story, so maybe it'll be decent enough.

I was not awed :-(
The sory was flimsy, the CGI was quite good, but the action was very unconvincing. Again, against a termintor in a plant, hot metal, small arms, ... No, I don't think so. My friends did like it though.
