I can't even fathom there are still folk WATCHING V...let alone enjoying it. I yawned at the first like 6 episodes and then gave the hell up.

I also can't fathom folk are still watching THE EVENT.....I just can't wrap my brain around it.

It's like LOST left this seething vortex of mystery-long-arc TV show that the networks are trying to fill and doing a rather mediocre job of it.

Hopefully J.J.'s new show (starring Hurley) ALCATRAZ will do a better job. I only just started FRINGE, but so far I like it.

I'm glad THE CAPE got its ridiculous ass canceled....that show was begging to be the number one worst ass show on TV. I mean there are bad episodes of XENA that look like gods-damned Shakespeare next to that tripe.

V had a huge dose of the stupid, but at its core there was a kernel of potential that shown through every so often, esp the last three eps or so. It was brain/off sf tv. The finale was glorious.

THE EVENT is like the proverbial train wreck... i know it's bad, i know it's virtually insultingly stupid bad, but i can't tear my eyes away because every week i am rofl'ing at how very bad it is. It's like the show is actively trying to drive away viewers and gets unhappy when their numbers don't plummet.

Coincidental of QT's post, Hurley appeared on FRINGE last week. He had a moment with Walter. It involved a bong. As well it should.

It took me maybe seven minutes to write off THE CAPE. This is the year 2011. Masks and spandex costumes DO NOT WORK ON TV. repeat.

Too lazy to leaf back through this thread to see if I'm being redundant, but presently I'm working my way through season 2 of BREAKING BAD, maybe one of the darkest shows I've ever watched. I'm increasingly impressed and drawn in with every episode I watch. Anyone else enjoy this one?

Oh yes. Breaking Bad is fantastic - best thing I've watched...well, ever. And I'm including the Wire in that. Psyched for Season 4 this summer.
Don't look now, but I think there's something weird attached to the bottom of my posts.

Latest Ep of Stargate Universe was pretty damn good. I was just hoping that there would be two Rushes from that point on.

Yeah, finally something interesting happened in V, and a mediocre Fringe episode. I hate Olivia's voice now that shes possessed, i don't understand why it changed unless its to distinguish that its not here. Still stupid though.
No Touchy.

I'll agree with StD because Breaking Bad is a fantastic show but I'd stop short of saying it's better than The Wire.

Lately I've taken to watching Mad Men while most of my favourite shows are on hiatus. I'm about a third of the way through season 3 and so far the awesomeness has not diminished one bit.

in their fury, and so were cast out,

Don't be a downer - I'm looking forward to Wonder Woman 2.0. I'm preparing for Bionic Woman 2.0 fail, but it could be BSG 2.0 awesome. Or at least V 2.0 tolerable.

Also looking forward to Dallas 2.0 - hey maybe I'll get on as an extra!
OK, I think I got it, but just in case, can you say the whole thing over again? I wasn't really listening.

Anyone else watching Justified? It's kicking some serious ass this season, Walton Goggins is the man. Archer has been pretty damn funny the last few weeks too.

Hopefully it's a success. There will then be a plethora of rip offs soon after. I for one welcome more beautiful women in skin tight spandex on the "telly".

Watched the Season 1 finale of No Ordinary Family.

It was...surprisingly good, in its goofy cornball way.

Given
Spoiler
I'm interested to see what they do in Season 2.

I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.
