Apple TV was offered to me for £2.99 a month for 3 months so I now have it for a bit! Got some definitely to check out - Severance, Ted Lasso, Shrinking, Silo... I'm also interested in Slow Horses, Mythic Quest and Roar.
Any other "must watch" shows while I have it?

Schmigadoon!
The exclamation point is in the title, but I would have put it there anyway.

Murderbot's being released in May...
Pachinko, Little America, and The Essex Serpent were pretty good, though I wouldn't put them among my personal all-time favorites. The Essex Serpent is sort of horror fantasy, with good performances by Tom Hiddleston and Claire Danes, among others.

I forgot about Murderbot - I've not read the books but it looks good! I'll check out the other shows too.

ACAPULCO, it's got similar "Good, wholesome, hopeful" TV vibes to Lasso. Entertaining all the way through.

lol it took my brain a few moments of swimming in perplexity to realize that by "pos" you meant "positive" and not "piece of shit". I'd say it's the fatigue from having fasted for so long (and feasted so much today), but I just got through some moderately complicated mathematics without much trouble (then again, that might have tired out my brain for a moment...).
Hmm, thought I'd be getting three months free again if I buy a new iPhone but that's apparently a once-in-a-lifetime offer I've already used (unless they change their minds about that... within one's lifetime). Huh I see that the US version of Tiste's offer is $2.99/month for 3 months, still available---as opposed to £2.99 pounds = $4 / month, so that's a total of $3 less. Presumably you could just do one month and cancel if the offer's still available once the whole season's out (or scheduled to be out within one month and you have time to watch). Still, a free trial would be better.

Last episode of Murderbot (season 1) to be released July 11th, last day for Apple TV $3 / month for 3 months offer is April 24th (if not extended) so the three months would end just under two weeks after the final episode's released.
[Edit: so if you take the deal to watch Murderbot you'd have to stay subscribed for all three months, only saving $1 relative to waiting until after every episode has been released and then only subscribing for one month; but of course if you wait until it's all released you'll almost certainly forgo---perhaps even strive to actively avoid---spoiler-bearing discussions of the episodes as they're being released.]

Man I'm already a few episodes into season 2 of Ted Lasso and I think it's shoved its way into my top 5 shows ever. It's got that classic Bill Lawrence hilarity meets emotional drama touch and I am so here for it. It'll be no time at all before it's over and I'm already sad about that.
As a big fan of football too I love all the little jokes and mentions that might not be noticed if you're not as into the game. It's just wonderful writing.

Ok so I'm into s3 of Ted Lasso and in while I'm still loving it, there is one thing that's quite a new experience for me...
Mrs Tiste and I have started watching Dark Matter - from what I recall it seems to be a fairly faithful retelling of the excellent book.

100% on Nate.
Dark Matter did a great job of staying faithful, but also fleshing out other plot lines/side characters to leave a possibility for season 2. We really enjoyed it.
I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.

Speaking of Nate. I started watching the various series of LOL: Last One Laughing that got added to Prime, starting with UK. And the guy who plays Nate wasn't a contestant, but he did show up as a guest to make people laugh.
There isn't a US version of this show, so it was new to me. It's not the best thing ever, but it's a good premise and a decent low stakes show to go to bed to. For other Americans, the premise is: 10 comedians of various stripes are put in the same room for 6 hours and have to make each other laugh, without laughing (or even smiling) themselves. One strike is a yellow card, two strikes is a red card and they're eliminated.

Is nudity allowed? props? washroom breaks?

The winner was not who I expected to win (that would be the person who took second place), but yeah good show.

So far I've watched UK, Ireland, Australia, and Canada. Australia for sure had nudity, but was also by far the most debauched/chaotic of these four.
Every contestant can bring props (seemingly whatever fits in one carrier, but a few people get creative about what constitutes a carrier), and there's also a stocked prop room.
I don't think washroom breaks are built in -- as in, I don't think the clock stops -- but people can go when they feel like it? It's hard to say. The show is clear about the basic game rules, but basically never goes into any of the reality show production elements. As far as I know, the clock only stops when the host comes out to deal penalties. Canada is the only version that explicitly served lunch, for instance, and the clock didn't stop for that.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.
