My mom, who I would normally think would find The Brink stupid, actually finds it hilarious. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Stargate Atlantis is surprisingly decent when you have a heavy fever.

Well, it IS a decent show, despite what those hardcore SGA fans claim (that it's the second coming of jebus). Unfortunately it never quite managed to deliver the same product as SG-1, only more of the same.
Screw you all, and have a nice day!

I think it's really funny, but kind of gets dark as it progresses. The Asylum was just awful...(you..you..did WHAT??)

Colbert's first week hosting the Late Show was a total triumph. He's among the best interviewers on television, any genre, period. Highlight of the week was Joe Biden.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

The season 4 finale of Homeland was utter garbage.
If I want boring, predictable drama I'll watch Days of our fucking lives.

Watched the first episode of BLINDSPOT, and quite enjoyed it. Greg Berlanti (FLASH & ARROW) produces, and Jaime Alexander is better here than she is as Sif in the MCU...and somehow I had no idea that Sullivan Stapleton (300: RISE OF AN EMPIRE) was in this as well. It's interesting and has a pacey plot. We will see where it goes over the next few eps. This is the ONLY new show other than HEROES REBORN that I'm adding to the schedule up front. Any of the other shows I have slight interest in, I'll wait till they get a season under their belt first.

Watching The Fall.
Just finished season one, only five episodes, but stupidly good so far.. well written, creepy as hell, with a great performance from Gillian Anderson.
And appearances by Roose Bolton and Barristan the Bold. Well, it is set in Dublin. Check it out, I'm watching it on Prime but it must be available elsewhere too.

So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

First episode of Blindspot was sufficiently interesting. It's set up to be sort of episodic, but I'm hoping it'll be more serialized.

Last Man On Earth was fantastic. Nice to start on such a downer, and even a little bit of elegant storytelling with the parallels and transitions. Nothing revolutionary but nice to see on this show.
B99 was pretty much as good as ever, though the Hader character might have been a little too jokey. That final reveal though set us up for a potentially hilarious arc.
I got rid of cable so now I'm on Hulu time, aka at least a day late on everything.

I got sidetracked on Dark Matter and just now catching up. "It's Star Wars XXVI. Remastered in full VR. They say it's a classic."

Picked up the season 1-5 DVDs of Le Femme Nikita tv series. Can't wait to see them in decent quality. And Peta Wilson in all her glory.

Just watched the 3rd episode of the new series BLINDSPOT. Going well so far, it's a nice popcorn procedural with decent action. And so far, they've already dropped plenty of clues, and had enough reveals to keep my interest.
It's nice easy viewing that I will actually be looking forward to each week (for now). My one caveat with series like this is of course, that the showrunners have a plan, and they stick to it. And not try and have some sprawling mess of twists and turns to keep the show on the air for the next 8 years (i'm looking at you Homeland). I would hope for something like 2 or 3 seasons and done, and then do a spinoff series if the hype is still there.

For those who watch, DOWNTON ABBEY is now 3 episodes into its final season (on UK TV anyways, doesn't start here till January '16) and I've been watching and it's been great.
But if you want to pull at your own heartstrings...check out this trailer.
I have three requests of Julian Fellowes for S6, they are as follows:
