Watched Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries on Netflix. Well, season 1 is what's up there right now anyways. Quite enjoyable. Nothing earth-shattering as far as the mystery genre goes, and definitely not as edgy as a lot of recent detective shows, but very charming characters and a nice setting made it worth it. My big complaint is you bother to set a show in Australia and yet there's no marsupials in the whole thing. They're your ambassadors to the world, Australia, so you better not neglect them.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

We're watching Fargo, Sarah and I, and it's glorious.
Loved Fargo! Great watch...
Been lazy and not reading the thread but anyone watching Scorpion? 3 episodes in and enjoying it for a bit of decent entertainment! Ignoring the plotholes and just enjoying the ride!

Ok, so I actually bothered to look at the previous page and read that people have caught it and I agree, mindless entertainment haha!
It's slightly interesting to research the "true story" aspect of the show. The person on whom it's based is clearly a fraud and a pathological liar.
Haha I will have to check that out for myself now!

Absolutely gutted, loved that show, it wasn't afraid to be bognuts crazy!
Really surprirsed actually that it hasn't been renewed, guess the numbers weren't good!

Orphan Black. This series has blown me away after a slow start in the first few episodes. This is the best Sci-fi show I've seen in years, if they maintain the level they reached by season 2 it will almost certainly be my favourite sci-fi show ever. Do yourself a favour and watch this show, STD I apologise for not watching this show immediatly after you told me about it
I'm continuously amazed by Tatiana Maslany's acting ability too, playing so many roles so convincingly different is truly impressive.

If Selfie is to survive, it needs massively better writing and perhaps a reboot like the one Parks and Recreation went through.
John Cho and Amy Pond are very likable and might actually be able to rescue this flaming shitheap of a show from dying on them.

Anyone watching Legends? TNT show with Sean Bean, Ali Larter, and Steve Harris.
Damn good spy show.

Binge watching Walking Dead season 4 as it's on NowTV for the next week. we're about 5 episodes in so far and I donut like it. It will be tough to ever live up to seasons 1 and 2 but the flu thing....how unlucky are these poeple? And key sensible characters are being uncharacteristically reckless. donut like that. We will watch it all though.

iTunes'd the pilot of STAR WARS REBELS. That was quite good. Better than the pliot of CLONE WARS for sure. We'll see if they can maintain quality story but I'm definitely intrigued. I kindled the book A NEW DAWN a while back, looking forward to reading.
OK, I think I got it, but just in case, can you say the whole thing over again? I wasn't really listening.

Thought the first two episodes of Rebels were enjoyable, though not up to the same level as the episodes of Clone Wars after it had become fully fleshed out. I'm optimistic.

That's probably never gonna happen. Why waste money on costumes, sets and fx when you can animate everything and have it be seamless and look exactly how you envisioned? It was the right call for CW, it's the right call here.

One day I ll have to watch Broadchurch and compare it to Gracepoint. 2 epi in GP and I'm enjoying it atleast. It's not stellar.
From all those I know who watched BROADCHURCH, and have tried GRACEPOINT, they have thought the latter is absolutely abhorently bad in comparsion to the original.
My advice, bail on GRACEPOINT and watch BROADCHURCH instead.

Id like to watch them both in order each week but I don't have time with all the other shows, kids, DESTINY(lol), and my book.
Are the characters all the same in both shows? Is the killer the same? I've avoided looking up to stay spoiler free.

I'm holding off on Gracepoint until all the episodes are in. Then binge watch it. Or not if every one says it's horrible beyond all understanding.

The new season of South Park is 3 episodes in and it looks like they're going to try and do continuity throughout the season, probably building up to something big at the end. Should be cool!

Yah I'm still watching it. Jada ain't suited to the role, plain and simple. She says all her lines like an actor at first rehearsal, not like she is the character. I have no issues with any of the other actors though.

Yeah, and she TRIES to chew scenery and it just comes off exceptionally hokey.
And agreed I havge no other actor issues. Everyone else is doing a stellar job.

I'm loving Gotham. It's my favorite new show. Yes, they beat you over the head with who each villain is, but that's really the only flaw...

John Oliver's show has been great must-watch television from the start, but this last episode might be the best. That was absolutely scathing.
