Hmm has anyone else watched Metal Hurlant Chronociles on SyFy yet? That was kinda cool.

WHOA. An anthology TV show based on the Heavy Metal comics? Count me in.

Mondays at 8/7 central right before WH13. Only 2 30 min epi so far but they were fun.

Looks like there was an entire season of them that came out in 2012, and the ones airing now are season 2.

They made a film of the Heavy Metal comics before didn't they? It was a few years ago...

They made two, one in the 80's and then a sequel called HEAVY METAL 2000 in....2000.

I didn't think the films were very enjoyable.

Supernatural is great... Until after season 5/6. (Can't remember which)

But at that point it's pretty much reached a climax anyway, so it's take-it-or-leave-it. It's a brilliant show, though.

Not everyone agrees with that, but you could say that the later seasons of Supernatural are as underrated as the earlier seasons are overrated.

I've heard the later seasons become kind of like what you'd see if JK Rowling wrote Harry Potter books in which we follow Harry and Ron as they ply their craft as Aurors (dark wizard catchers).

And I'm totally cool with such a tonal aspect.

Just started Watching MOONE BOY on Hulu Plus. This show is fantastic. Chris O'Dowd is just great, and the rest of the cast is hilarious, esp. Steve Coogan. It's like an Irish version of THE GOLDBERGS. Or vice versa since i think MB was first.
Theorizing that one could poop within his own lifetime, Doctor Poopet led an elite group of scientists into the desert to develop a top secret project, known as QUANTUM POOP. Pressured to prove his theories or lose funding, Doctor Poopet, prematurely stepped into the Poop Accelerator and vanished. He awoke to find himself in the past, suffering from partial amnesia and facing a mirror image that was not his own. Fortunately, contact with his own bowels was made through brainwave transmissions, with Al the Poop Observer, who appeared in the form of a hologram that only Doctor Poopet could see and hear. Trapped in the past, Doctor Poopet finds himself pooping from life to life, pooping things right, that once went wrong and hoping each time, that his next poop will be the poop home.

I have never heard anyone praise the post-SPOILERS-arcs as being good?! I mean, I've not been impressed with anything to do with certain post-SPOILERS baddies. It *should* have turned into

^ That, but from where I'm up to (and stopped watching) it was nothing like that. It was seriously boring primary arc material, trying to one-up the threat of the SPOILERS.

I dunno, maybe they wised up and it got better after that season. I mean, sure, there were some really cool bits in there, but they should never have gone with the primary baddies that they did. It was just stupid and poorly done. Lazy writing.

I may have to check out the later seasons (I think I was up to like season 7? Dropped it about 6 episodes in...), but, again, I've never heard any praise for the post-SPOILERS stuff.

....I would say something other than SPOILERS, but for anyone who hasn't watched it, it kinda just needs to be left unsaid. XD

Anyway, I'd really like to believe that it somehow got better, but frankly, I'll wait until you get through to them, QT. You can be my guinea pig! ^_^

Just recently started using nextflix a few days ago. Watched Lilyhammer which is a decent enough show. Also if your not in the US, if you install Hola which is a chrome or firefox extension, you can use the US based netflix. Time to find another good show to occupy myself.
No Touchy.

Can someone explain this extension to me? Do I need another account or do I need to pay extra for the US version? I'm assuming it is legal if there are extensions for it?

OK I have added Hola to Chrome, seems to be working. Any good US Netflix shows to watch?

All 6 seasons of XENA man. The first few eps are kind of weak, but as it goes on it gets better and better...plus Karl Urban is on it twice! (once as Cupid, and the second time as Julius Caesar)

Also, SEAQUEST DSV is on there and three seasons are worth the watch. Like Star Trek underwater.

Skip SeaQuest. It's mostly nostalgia and so on keeping people talking about it - not the actual quality of show.

Darwin the talking dolphin is not a draw in this day and age.
I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.
