I've not read RotCG so I don't know, but I think if it was 'death-by-Skinner' that killed the Second it must have been some kind of underhand/backstabbing shit that went on. Unless Skinner's the first (highly unlikely), Skinner cheated. That's if it happened at all though, which is also highly unlikely imo.

It has been mentioned earlier in the thread about the CG saying Rhulad was "lucky it wasn't Skinner". There are other quotes from people saying the same thing. Someone says about him not being as good as Blues and a couple of others, so it's pretty much a given that IB is good, but not that good!

As was also mentioned earlier I believe that the CG's words were more to do with Skinner's attention would lead to a Brys-meeting incapacity since Iron Bars pretty much only whirled through the entire group without giving it much thought.

I think Corlo says something about Iron Bars being perhaps the most resilient of the Avowed though, that with his iron will he would be able to take the biggest beating and still walk away..

I respectfully disagree. I think the CG meant that, had it been Skinner, he would have paid more attention, yes, but that he would have done something about it. I believe the CG told Rhulad that he was not yet ready for that. (the extra attention from Skinner)
