Yahoo Transfer Talk said:

First up, Germany's scoring sensation Lukas Podolski, who claims Tottenham are interested in acquiring his services. But ever the true professional, the Bayern Munich man refuses to talk about his future until after his involvement in the tournament is over. Other than to say Spurs' attention to him is "very interesting", that is.

Riise to AS Roma :( I always liked Riise, 4 millions a fairly paltry sum, and 7 million for his replacement Dossenna seems a bit expensive, time will tell I suppose
Jo could be coming to city after all, Berbatov to Barca for 20-25 million?
Valencia have upped Villas price tag to 30 million+ which knocks most transfer speculation on the head.

I rated Riise too, but Benitez never really liked him, so he was screwed from the start.

Lafferty might not go to Rangers, because Alan Gow doesn't want to move to Burnley... can't blame him.

And Ince is expected to become the new Blackburn manager by next week. I think that counts as a transfer, nowadays...

Lafferty's ok at best. not worth 3 million, plus hes a certified tool.

On the speculation front, somewhat old news but stirred afresh today Juve are determined to get Alonso, but won't meet the £16 million price tag.
I really hope he doesnt leave, we really need barry, a choice between alonso and barry I'll take Xabi hands down evrytime
Tottenham has splashed 4mil on Mario Santana (never heard of him)
Inter will bid on lamps within the next day (rumoured around 7 million???)(the sun though)
Arse want Martins but wont met newcastels 15 mil valuation, (the sun though)
WBA are considering a bid on shaola ameobi
PSG are clos to sign claude makalele (??)
Kewell to follow risse to roma (??)
AC want adebayor or no-one (aparently)
and kaka has joined the growing "Do not want" group ,regarding chelsea.

Liverpool rumoured to be hunting Silva (a player i would welcome, but villa would be better :D, although one super striker shoudl be enough) and hoping to get him a cost price due to valencia financial woes

A more detailed look at the teams:
Arsenal:
out:
A lot of pressure on adebayor, barca and Ac rumoured to be throwing 25mil bids in for him.
Clichy also linked away, possibly to roma
Hlebs gone
In:
Possibly yaya tourse as part of a hleb deal
Arshavin for £10mil is rumoured, this would be agood buy methinks
Nasri for 12mil, possibly over paying, we'll see
Rumours of Veloso as a flamini replacement, but VERY expensive

Villa
out:
Barry, they're trying to hold out for 20mil, this might bite them in the ass
in:
Anton ferdinand possibly
Sidwell for 5.5mil
Miguel as a replacment for olaf

Birmingham
who cares?

Blackburn
Out:
Sparky
Bently and possibly santa cruz
In:
possibly saha for cruz
Knightly form wolves,
and a plethora of players from espanyol

Bolton
meh, nothing interesting

Chelski
out: (everyone? :p)
Makalele to psg possibly
philips has been told he can leave
Lamps and drogger to the special one
sidwell and possibly esien
In (no-one wants to join, ahahahaa :p)
Deco (but the special one is rumoured to be interested)
Kaka - no desire to join
Ribery (way over priced) and Eto'o are targets, along with quarismo/ robinho

Derby
irrelavent

Evertone scum
out
Van der meyde
in:
rumoured to be after bentley (but who isnt)
Joaiun (why?)
Mautinho (but united are supposedly interested too

Fulham
in:
schwazer on a free (free?)
posibly finnan, I hope not I like finnan as well, and for 2 mil its ridiculous

LIVERPOOL
out:
Possilby alonso and finnan (:()
Riise to roma (:()
Possibly crouch (meh)

in:
Daggen on a free (is he better thn finnan?)
Dossena form udinese for 7million, again, remains to be seen on the quality front
lots of foolish villa rumours, but too dear and do we need another super forward?
silva would be a good signing and hopefully cheap
Bendnter (i dot know where this rumour came from but its touted as 6 mil)
Espanyol turned down a 9.5mil offer for winger Riera (i would have takent he money)

City
also interested in asharvin
aparently the only interested parties in ranaldinho
rumoured to be chasing podolski but fnah
Complicaitons involving those dicks msi over the signing of Jo
oh, and sparky, obviously

Scum, sorry, manure
out:
Saha, be in on transfer, part exchange or loan
Ronaldo (please god)

in:
possibly Ramos and robinho on that foolish ronaldo transfer suggested
maybe santa cruz, rumours of a sizable bid abound
micah richards is on the "lsit" as well aparently

Borough
Downing is NOT FOR SALE, southgate hasbeen slapping hands, he may well go
Digard from psg possibly in,
Alan smith the shit maybe for 6mil

The toon
ameobi out, for around 2mil
milner possibly (rumours of liverpool interest, ) they want about 9mil
Real Zaragoza midfielder Pablo Aimar is being lined up as a potential £4 million replacement for Emre who is returning to Turkey, while Kevin Keegan is following Paris Saint Germain's France Under-21 international Didier Digard. Emre, however, might not be able to take up his place at Fenerbahce, as he faces being called up to the army, haha.

Portsmouth
if half the rumours are believed, portsmouth are going to spend an obscene amount of money this summer
Crouchy, cisse, Mattos, Dunne, Ben Sahar, wright philips, solano, Naylor, Vierra and wayne bridge, all suggested as incoming. oh and some 16yr old wonderkid
Bullshit

Reading
out
rumours of hunt, doyle, little, fae, harper, shorey. bid to generate cash and cut wage bill.

stoke
irrelavent they'reshooting right back down

Sunderland
quinn is supposed to be emptying the pockets this year
Bent for around 12mil (will tottenham absorb tha tloss willingly?) McGeady fromt he hoops and boa morte as well form hammers.
supposed to be watching carlton cole and interested in boateng.
in the other direction, rumour of liverpools interest in Jones has prompted keane to issue a hands of warning

Spurs
out
bent, hes crap
Berbatov???
Chimbonda

in
if berb leaves it gives plenty of cash, so they're rumoured tob e looking at milito or moreno.
Diego capel (who?) for 11 mil
and maybe joe hart to replace robinson

WBA
really dont care

Hammers
maybe gudjonhson in for as little as 4mil
Bresciano for 4 mil ( adecent buy)
other stuff but its been mentioned earlier

Wigan
not much, heskey out, possibly N'Zogbia in

I'll be interested to see what sort of return you get on Bent, that's gonna be a bad loss even if you get a good price for him.

Clichy going has got to be the laziest journalism I've ever seen. Barely a month ago, when Flamini agreed to join AC, Clichy said that it was a "stupid decision" and Arsenal were about to come good, it's a great club, like a family, he wants to stay forever, blah blah blah.

The fact that a month later the Roma manager, having just signed a left back the day before, says he's a good player, is not likely to affect that much. Besides which, Roma are not in a good financial position at the moment (their parent company is in enormous debt), and Arsenal wouldnt want to sell.

Hleb, I sincerely hope this gets sorted and he goes soon, a straight swap for Yaya Toure would be good I think.

Nasri in looks a dead cert, fingers crossed he comes good.

Adebayor, well, I reckon he probably is causing some agitation. Whether he's looking for a better contract at Arsenal or wants to go, AC and Barca dont want to go above £25mil. Arsenal have already refused to even consider selling him, we dont need the money, and £25mil doesnt seem to have interested us, so it'd be an exorbitant fee if he goes.
