Sorry would have to be played by a relatively young actor seeing as she's not much older than 15 in GotM.

Kalam could be that black guy who's playing Snake Eyes in the new G.I.Joe film.
Whiskey Jack could be Russel Crow.
Kallor could be Amand Arsante.
Quick Ben is tough, I can't come up with a black actor that fits Quicks size and personality.

Dujek - That russian dude from Stigmata and Eyes Wide Shut
Kalam - Mr Eko from Lost, also he plays a badass swordsman in The Mummy Returns, so we know he's got the skills.

Shamefully, I cant remember if Duiker is black or not, but if he is, Morgan Freeman, clearly. The whole wise old narrator thing fits perfectly.

I'd like to see Will Smith play QB. You could find other actors who are closer to what QB looks like but, as QB spends a lot of time with Kalam and the rest of time basically kicking ass I think Will is a good choice.

I think the toughest cast would be Shadowthrone--who could pull off his deviously brilliant and wildly irrational behavior convincingly?

Im pretty sure there'd be some minor problems if they had Jack Nicholson to play ST, they'd have to black him up for a start, which wouldnt go down too well. This is Malazan Book of the Fallen, not Minstrel Book of the Fallen.
