It's amazing what people will do to avoid changing their selfish ways.

"you've got to change your evil ways.....baby....before I stop lovin' you."
You’ve never heard of the Silanda? … It’s the ship that made the Warren of Telas run in less than 12 parsecs.

You've got to change.... baby,
and every word that I say is true.
You got me runnin' and hidin' all over town,
you got me sneakin' and a-peepin' and runnin' you down.
This can't go oooooooooooon, Lord knows you got to change, baby.
On topic, I don't think it has much to do with avoiding changing their ways, we pretty much aren't doing that anyway, it's more about money.
Now look at them yo-yos thats the way you do it
You play the guitar on the mtv

Anyone see the episode of Penn and Tellar, "Bullshit"?
It wasn't calling global warming bullshit, but it WAS calling "carbon credits" bullshit because there is so much fraud out there, as well as lack of standards or any hard regulatory science behind a lot of the companies.
They also came down really hard on Al Gore because he buys carbon credits to offset the tremendous amount of electricity his mansion uses and all of the jetting around that he does.
Guess who owns the company that sells him the carbon credits? Al Gore does! He opened the company 2 years before "An inconveniant truth" came out in theaters. So, he pays himself for his own environmental guilt. I'll bet that movie drummed up a lot of business for his company too!
That's nobel peace prize material if I've ever seen it.....

I have seen many episodes of this show. But not that one. I did see one show where Steve Milloy from junkscience.com was one of their experts, and I was like, "You've got to be kidding me, right?" lol...

Other than it being less harmful to the environment to burn it and use that energy for something useful that it is to recycle it? No problem.

I imagine they get paid by the government - after all, recycling has to be good right? I mean, it's using it again, can't possibly be anything bad there, right?
Right?
Right?
