Needs to be angrier or something, I think.

Not neccessarily anger, more like venom, arrogance, spite... extreme dissatisfaction with his surroundings. His skin is grey with age and chemical use, and weathered like old shoeleather. I think the hair needs to be longer aswell. His hair is long, isn't it?

Still, a nice picture, I imagine that could also be Fisher.

Holy shit man, absolutely amazing, first of all.

Second, I agree with Apt. He's not so much an angry character and he is a character that is full of spite, hatred and a very... poisonous/venomous attitude. I would suggest longer hair, I love how old he looks, it seems perfect to me, and more of a frown or pronounced look of disgust/displeasure on his face.
I still heart Goodkind.

Needs to be more ragged, hair wise.
I'd make the hair gray, kinda greasy/lank.

Agre with others, would look better with a sneer of contempt or something like that, and skin needs to look deader, less full of life.

Still an awesome picture though :p

Fantastic pic :p

Looks a bit like Terrance Stamp, who would be awesome in the "movie", if he was a foot taller !

I think he's supposed to have longer, manky hair and be more pale and crusty looking ?

Regardless, this is a epic pic, congrats !
Now all the friends that you knew in school they used to be so cool, now they just bore you.
Just look at em' now, already pullin' the plow. So quick to take to grain, like some old mule.

I liked the old ones vibrancy. Atleast in the background and whatnot. I would suggest keeping the background the same vibrant colour and leaving his face the faded grey that you have on the revised version.

Also, with the hair, I would have it a lot more unkempt, not so neatly to the back, and of course, a more contemptuous look on the face.

That's me though, you sir, are the artist. Keep it up!
I still heart Goodkind.

That's a great pic - looks more like how I would expect Banaschar to look though - Kallor looks much older with long grey hair :p
But I like it a lot - a very great deal in fact.

Really good portrait.

He does look too nice to be Kallor though! Revising a pic is hard - but maybe deeper lines around his face, and a more 'grizzled' jaw would make him look a bit meaner. The highlight on his throat seems a little too distracting, like something attached to his chin - it could be toned down a bit.

I really like the picture, I don't know how to use texture like that.

He does look a bit like Fisher...
So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

The texture is just the brushes I use.
Just a bristley acrylic and blender.
I like keeping it rough. Anytime I try to polish things up , it looks lame.

Yeah... when I finished, I knew it didn't look right for Kallor, but I thought I'd post it anyway

edit... fixed highlight on neck

If you could give him a bit more arrogance in his expression it would be perfect!

Well, I've always thought that Kallor looked like Clint but with longer hair.

I like the second pic the best. I do agree he should have longer hair though. To me he looks kinda like Malcolm McDowell (sp?) Great job though. Are you on a site we could check out more of your stuff?
