2) Quick Ben has too be the most interesting character in my opinion
3) Rake I loved him
4) The 5 remaining hounds that are left i forget which two where killed by Karsa
5) Mappo
6) Ganoes paran

Where did SE say Whiskeyjack would not appear? He is in TtH, and is setup to be seen again. I thought SE said whiskeyjack would not be resurected, which technically he won't be if he spills out as an undead from Dragnipur...

Kallor has to be the top survivor he's been around for years and has survived countless battles and killed a few dragons
When did Dassem fight Skinner which book is it from only read them once so far and can't remember that or this person blues

He fought him outside the books, I'm not too sure who mentions it but someone mentions Skinner being the only Avowed to have gotten away from Dassem. I think it's Temper in Night of Knives who says that, but I'm not entirely sure.
Blues is the Avowed that fights the Adjunct in Gardens of the Moon.
