Yeah, it sucks that the U.S. is gigantor and all you dumb people don't live in the Midwest. I went on vacation a couple weeks ago so it was out for me unless it was in my back yard... hey, there's a thought...
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

For hailing from the country that claims to be the birthplace of the english language, your ability to speak/type it seems to be suffering Bwoody.

Well some people have a way with words, and others have not way.

"Claims to be the birthplace of the english language"? Is there some sort of rival claim for this dubious honour that we haven't been told about?

Well, it is 4:30 in the morning, and I am hitting the trail. It will be 4 days or so until my next post. If I fail to post in the next 7 to 10 days, Bubba has killed me and my wife. So don't go to Malazan USA pt 2 if he does! Anyway, see you later.

~And I am outta here!

You guys sure do have a lot of plastic cups... Are you going to put strings on them and send them to us through the mail so that we can have a remote connection? :)

Somebody brought a pretty nice grill. Mmmm, grill food.

Damnit Terez let me go first once!

Double edit: You aren't allowed to vote in the beer v. bacon thread as you are obviously biased :)
