I'd pray to the gods for help on this but I already petitioned them for help on my school work. So I'm alone on this one.

Also @ Pat:

I also entered your Lockwood competition, so please don't think my e-mails are multiple entries.

I don't have the ARCs yet. Peter told me that I would likely get them next month.

RotCG will trump anything but TtH. So I'll be reading some Malazan goodness as soon as either set of page proofs reaches my mailbox! :)

Are all Malazan fans poor? Or are we just all advanced copy whores? Or both?

I'm both :)

I just can't pay for both the limited edition of GotM AND the 150 dollar version of RotCG...but I can't wait until August to read the freaking book....

Argh!

Megatron was using Steroids when he beat me that one time...everyone knows...the blood tests all came back positive...the dirty cheat :D

It is a shame Pat is announcing this contest on multiple sites. Our chances of winning just got a whole lot smaller.

Both :);)
I think the feeling of spending £75 on a book is fairly new to some of us.

Maybe us Malazan fans have been turned into communists by SE's anti-capitalist themes?

Crosses fingers, toes, legs, arms....... can't.. seem... to cross... ears.... ARGH!
The leader, his audience still,
considered their scholarly will.
He lowered his head
and with anguish he said,
"But how will we teach them to kill?"

Pat, I forgot to enter your 'last argument of kings' giveaway, so you can make it up to me by letting me win this one.

Thanks. ;p

Well, I mean, if you send me both... even though I missed the 3rd Abercrombie book signup, I would certainly welcome that. I DO have the signed copy of 'The Blade Itself' from you... although his signature looks like a curly hair lying on the cover :D

Mmmm, Joe Abercrombie signature... some of us don't need to win it, because we're going to a signing tomorrow;)

So Pat - where can we start... "bidding" discreetly?:D
