But I reserve the right to call bullshit on your opinion and browbeat you for the sake of my own entertainment.

Nah...they fired him, so there's still hope for Ohio.

As a former resident, there's never any hope for Ohio.

I really didn't enjoy living there. There's not much of a reason to go, other than it seems most people I meet have some sort of distant relative living there.

I lived in Dayton for 3 years, have visited Columbus and Cleveland. Ohio is Indiana with more people in it and a slightly more northern feel except for in the southeast and south.

By the way, here's the answer for Oklahoma and Texas: If you want your child taught that God created everything in 6 or 7 days, chillin out some in the meanwhile, then TEACH THEM THAT AT CHURCH OR AT HOME IN HOME SCHOOLING. Church is around for a reason. You know, it's where you go if you are religious to learn about your religion and how to practice it. School is the place where you go to learn facts.

Otherwise, I like my public school free from religious encroachment. If this is overly religious the S.C. will shoot it down under Lemon.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....
