Fun fact - in DG, the first time we get a description of Pust's mule from Iccy and Mappo's perspective, it's along the lines of 'grey darkening to black at the feet and ears'... a bit later, Kalam really looks at the Aptorian (a shadow demon) for the first time, and described it, almost, almost word for word, the same way.

By the way, the various Mule serving Shadowthrone and Krul are the Mules of Shadow. The Mules of Darkness could more accurately be called the Donkeygoth as a more primal, earlier version of the Mules (So Donkeygoth are to Mules of Shadow what Deragoth are to Hounds of Shadow). The two should not be confused.

There exists an entire civilization of Aptorians with rulers and all inside shadow, Apts death, allthough it was tragic , doesn't mean a thing.

The big question is how does an aptorian demon make tea?

I wonder though, are the Azalan demons not described in the same way as Apt?

Apt was cut in two, if I'm not mistaken, denul is swell but it doesn't really heal chopped in two issues.

Iccy only killed Monok Ochem, Ibra Gholan, Ahlrada Ahn and Apt. Panek has now been orphaned again. Gotta feel sorry for the freaky little kid. Who's going to love him now?

Edit: That's all the named characters Iccy killed, I mean. Obviously he killed a few more than that.

Finally found a description of Iskaral's second (or third?) mule. It's on the boat in BH (didn't write down the page reference though..). It's described as being super-dark, just like the first mule was.
