Sorry if this is already common information but I just ordered a signed copy of both The Devil Delivered and Fishin' with Grandma Matchie for $13.50 each on Clarkesworld. At least it says it is a 'Signed Limited Edition Paperback' so I think that's what I'm getting. I know they're open only for the holidays so it might be worth looking into.

Maybe everyone already knows stuff like this can be bought so cheap but it was a surprise to me.
