Tyson was a monster, but I think Ali wins for being a far superior boxer skillwise. Tyson would have strength, Ali would take speed, intelligence, balance, endurance, and mindgames.
I'd give it to Ali 4/5.
Pure speculation of course.

i would probably put up for ali as well, tyson was one tough son of a bitch in his prime, but ali was much smarter and was highly skilled and powerful in his prime. It would eb a close match, but i think ali would take it to the line and win by split decision.
