I voted Cotillion because i like him best 
Don't need any better reason than that, and he seems like the most human and likeable Ascendant (which doesn't really fit his role as the patron god of assassins)

Shadowthrone is the only "king" on the list... there is something to be said for being King...
Even Rake wasnt sure if he could handle shadowthrone in GOTM. "espcialy if his rope was nearby".

Ah, that was me who voted for Osserc. I like his resilience when facing the far meaner, far more formidable Rake.

The should have been a "others" option. I ended up picking Oponn because of all the characters you know that weird shit is going to happen when they are around.
They're like ascendant versions of Telorast and Curddle
Icarium and Gothos are up there on my favorites list.

Don't be hard on yourself, with these polls there is never a way to satisfy all options. I don't think Icarium is an ascendant yet, doesn't his condition stop him satisfying ascendant material, although saying that he's approaching godhood so that wouldn't make sense.

I think you're right, Iccy isn't an ascendant... I just tend to think of him like that.
