Here's my first try at Apsalar, the Shadow Dancer. This is supposed to be set in the Temple of Poliel, but I'm not very good with scenes or backgrounds, so..
I tried to make her look Asian, but damn, that's hard...so, without further ado(hope you like her):

Concur! But otherwise very good.
I myself have trouble with stickmen. Buggers are always stealing my potatoes!
"I think i was a bad person before. Before this time. I do not try to be good now but i am not bad. Perhaps if i try harder i may get a better hand dealt next time? But surely that makes it pointless? Perhaps i am good. Just good at being pointless. But that would make me bad. Bad at having a point. Ah…. I see now. I was nothing before, I am nothing now. I am bad purely because im pointless. "

really? hehe, I intentionally kept them small to make them go with the whole Asian look, and because I think big breasts on fighter-type women is just silly:rolleyes:
but I'm glad you like her:D

Agreed,
Grim, I wouldn't mind seeing your version of the Crippled God or Incarium and Mappo mincing off into the sunset.
Oh Yeah! That's right.... Mincing.
Looked at the rest of your pictures through the link chap. Very good.

She's not pretty enough, to be Apsalar
or petite enough to look asian, I think! (:
Work on the face, but otherwise this is good

Raz: Cotillion, Ganath and a scene with Kilmandaros and Scabandari is next, I think:) Anyone now the colour of Scabandari's dragon-form?
Flawed: I've been thinking about drawing all of those, but haven't quite found the inspiration yet....I'd also like to do an epic battle scene of some kind from the books, but that will have to wait until I have improved my scene and scenery-painting skills, hehe
I'm glad you liked the rest of the pictures, although not all of them are mine of course:)
Bottle: You are right. As soon as I get a decent ref. pic I'll make her all pretty, hehe. Not much I can do about the body I think, at least not now... should have thought about that before I started painting:p
Sombra: Sorry I disappointed you.

Good man!
I get the impression Scabby is grey with black as he is the son of shadow.
Get painting!

@Grim
No, didn't disappoint me, I just didn't see the pic, all I got was the red x. But now I can see the pic. Looks good. Far better than anything I could do, anyway.
