Elder of the Beast Hold I can see being Kilava. She's certainly elder, what with being extremely long-lived. The Imass have a connection to the Beast Hold (MoI, they restored it to power with their memories). Finally, at the end of RG she was at the Azath house with Silchas and all of them. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't that Azath house have quite a few portals in it? It grew near the portals to Starvald Demelain and took them into the tower. With those points, I can see Kilava as Elder.

Wasn't one of the Three Sisters explicitly referred to as the capital B Betrayer in "Reaper's Gale?" I think it was Menandore, but I'm not sure.

Agreed. She is definetly the Eldest mortal Imass with the exception of her recently ressurected brother. The fact that she is a bonecaster makes her of the beast hold.
