You can't have spirituality without religion, even if it's an idio-religion with only one adherent. The spirituality/religion thing is a false dichotomy; when most people say they're spiritual but not religious, what they mean is they don't like the connotations that the word "religion" has and they're claiming a special category for their religion that will avoid those negative connotations.
Kind of like how some Christians use the slogan "Christianity isn't a religion--it's a RELATIONSHIP". As if religion didn't normally imply a relationship between the worshipper & worshipped! Again, what they really mean is that their religion is special compared to all the others, so it doesn't deserve to be called a religion like all those other, false ideas.
