in bonehunters pb page 716 the newely arrived perish grey helm destriant Run'Thurvian looks at qiuck ben on board tavore's flag ship bows and kalam calls him
"High Mage Ben Adaephon Delat the Lord of High Dicton"

now this is probably here somewhere but i couldnt find it. so i am wondering is High Dicton a place or some unkown warren or something else interely

Well, last time was positively hilarious! As I said then, it's a hint of a coming house of the deck, High House Diction, or House High Diction.

Abyss suggested Wyval should be in it, I agree. And Hellian.
