Hi all:

There's a scene in BH, either just before the fleet enters the harbour at Malaz City or just after, where Helian is wandering around with a partly-drunk bottle of rum looking to exchange it for...is it wine?

Anyway.

WHO is the dude who gives her the silver flask? Is it Cotillion?
