Soliel and Poliel

so I just finished adding them to the wiki...

they've got this wierd combination of body going on... half FA and half KCCM.
So does that mean those two races found some way to mate?

i bet the extra joints in the FA help them mate with a KCCM matron, who was described in MoI as having Layers and Folds of fat.

Also, the KCCM cannot produce more children without a male of their race, so perhaps the male mated with a FA female?

I just think they are two FA that ascended to the aspect of sickness and health. The two keeping a balance in the populations of peoples, through deadly deceases and curing other when ever needed... This of course before Poleil decided the best thing was to wipe humanity of the face of the world, and Soleil just sat on her hands.

The reason to why they look so weird I think is because of their aspect, just like ST is all whispy and transparent. He didn't look like that before either.

they have three-toed taloned feet.. "as large as an enkar'al

dragon blood perhaps rather than KCCM?

I don't remember if Soliel had them too. I don't think so, though.

Soleil didn't get as full a physical description as Poleil, but they were sisters after all. She probably had the toes too.

That was mostly referring to what Soliel DIDN'T look like, pointing at the statues of healthy beautiful women that were dedicated to her in the Malazan Empire.

Although they seem to look alike alot from the descriptions we got, I'd like to point out that 'sister' could be meant in a more general way here. Meaning they weren't really sisters before ascending to godhood, but they were sisters in a more spiritual sense based on their aspects...

Iirc, didn't Poliel make a comment about being drawn to the realm, as in she/they were from some other dimension, presumably where the peeps have clawed feet and extra joints?
