i always thought envy was the queen of dreams but it dont know if its from something in the books or not anybody want's to refresch my memory?

The QoD is an ascended human called T'riss. She was a travelling companion of Rake & Caladan Brood from way back, presumably she was an ascendant at that point but not yet Queen of HHLife, but can't be sure of that.

Lady Envy is the daughter of Draconus & Sheltatha Lore, and so grand-daughter of Scabby (a Tiste Edur) and Tiam (a Dragon). Don't know if she has a position in the Deck.

They are not the same person, I don't think they have anything to do with each other in the books. Not sure why you could confuse them, all they have in common is that they are both powerful females.

Maybe the confusion was because you remembered Envy also knew Rake and previously travelled with him, like the QoD. Completely different though.

Also, they both have smiles that can at least temporarily stop the heart of most males.
