So hows about Operation: Mindcrime 2 in 2006.
And I never said Nile had good lyrics. Their lyrics absolutely suck (but are quite Death metally in their style, words and images) Abominable lyrics and satanic imagery in some songs doesnt make them Black Metal though. BM has to have the absolutely ****ty production (generally) and the facepaint, and the Legionesque devotion to the "cause" Sure, Marduk sucks ass as far as music goes, but damn... he cant ****ing speak anymore. And the "I'm so Trve and Keevult and Grim and Necroleptic and Frostbitten and in touch with my PAGAN ANCESTORS WHO OWNED A ****ING CANDY SHOP IN HELSINKI" that more than anything else shows that theyre BM.
