While it's not video, there's another good spot for good live versions of artists you'd know Slum. Are you familiar with Daytrotter.com

they have the usual album reviews and interviews, but they also get various bands/artists into their studio and do a Daytrotter session, and there are some great bands on their list. Not as funny as The Blackcab Sessions, but some really good stuff.
