I listened to their pre-release radio broadcast for their new album the other night, and some of it sounds really good, although they may have abandoned the continuity of a good album for what they called 'musicality' of their individual tracks.

Bill Bailey - Love Song

I found Octavarium to be far too progressive for my taste. While SC had heavier notes to it, which I found lead to a far more balanced and stronger sound.
But I do agree that "Metropolis pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory" is their best album.

@Darkwatch.. Of course, actually my custom rank is (obviously) inspired by that song.. I just loove it so much. And the whole Dead Heart in a Dead World album is a masterpiece, IMNSHO.

I agree. Though I will say that lately I'm a bit more partial to Godless Endeavour.

It's true that "Born" was not the best lead in track.
What I like about Nevermore is that they have a distinct style, yet all the albums have their own sound, giving a good range.

I don't really like that song to much! The rest of Apocalyptica's album is really good aswell! It's Corey Taylor (from slipknot or stone sour)! And the new front man for Anthrax if the rumours are true:confused: !
