Why is it that you need to compare a band to Tool to get an effective measure of their worth? You did it before with PT :D

Suffice to say that Opeth are epic, metal, progressive, and contrast dark with light. Here is a link to a track-by-track review and summary of Blackwater Park. Draw your own conclusions.

Well actually PT and Teahouse party I originally wanted a comparison to Tool.
When I bought PT and TP I got a Dreamtheatre one as well.

When I asked for an Opeth comparison I did say "above said bands" and Tool, meaning what is Opeth like compared to say; Tool, Porcupine Tree, Teahouse party and Dreamtheatre ?

SO the first one was just tool then next was tool and some others as well.
