i tokk the Seguleh to be chivalrous (?) not attacking women.
Abyss and Ellestra- yes i know but you must understand that i reognise that Mael wasnt forgotten but his aspect was a bit more common than the warrens. Sailors and marines pay homage to Mael alot making him still sort of active. Just not dominant. Also mael chose to lose his preemeinence. Krul however did have on worshipper. In darujhisatn in GOTM Crokus notes that the last monk of Krul died many generations ago. So i agree my coimment was a bit flippent but there are circumstances involved

They don't consider women to be a match for them. If that's chivalry for you...
Some Elder Gods are more prayed to then others but they never completely go away. They cannot die. Even if they are forgotten they still exist in some form - like K'rul before GotM or Edgewalker.
Of course believers make them more influential and powerful but they don?t need to have them. Unlike those gods Mael saved they don?t disappear when their name is forgotten.
It makes them also less interested in believers ? look at Mael ? he didn?t answer prayers or do much until he really, really had to.
