Finished Enclaves--read all 5 books in about 2 days.

Great series, probably the closes thing we've had to another take on Shadowrun. very enjoyable, sometimes thought-provoking, though I did feel that Panov shoe-horned the plot a bit. I loved most of the ideas he played around with, but the execution was a bit off. Probably due to the whole "protagonist can do no wrong"-message that the last 2 books conveyed. Made the plot seem a lot weaker.

Anyhow, now i'm re-reading "The Secret City", currently on Book 5, hopefully this time i'll get further and finish the cycle.

The problem with the gene pool is that there's no lifeguard

Finished A SONG FOR ARBONNE by GGK...not remotely as good as LIONS...but it was much better than I thought it would be and once I got invested in the story it was easier to read. That said, it's still overlong with large sections that I don't see the point of....basically the beginning middle and end are all great...but the section between the beginning and middle...and then the section between the middle and end are both bloat and slow....the book should be leaner and it could be as fierce as LIONS was....but I'm giving GGK credit where due as I enjoyed this one.

Will probably finish off THE WEE FREE MEN, and pick something up from the ToRead pile (probably some Black Library Abnett stuff) to tide me over till TIFF and KING OF THORNS.
