Finished Hard-Boiled Wonderland (good) and Norwegian Wood (great) by Murakami. Now on to Dance Dance Dance.

Marduk>> Stalingrad is good. Get it.

He is one of the funniest guys around - I see him as a kind of prototype for David Brent!

Yeah ive read that one, some authors can keep a few separate storylines going, but Hamilton...
I think he just gets bored every few pages and starts something new.

Reading "Incomptence" By Rob Grant.
It's pretty funny but I read that someone had compared it to Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, perhaps the funniest series of books in existence. This got me excited, but it wasn't that funny, so I was a bit dissapointed.
Still quite good though.

I read Inversions, one of Iain Banks' Sci Fi books. It was alright. There was a very clever storyline, but there was quite a long part in the middle where not much happened. Still worth a read though, because the climax is just bizarre!
Would love to read the Wasp Factory.

Will look for it - my dad has probably got it. Though knowing him, it's probably in Russian.

I'm still reading Neuromancer, I may give up soon. I'm just not liking it at all and so I'm not finding time to read. I think I may give up on it tonight as I really want to read Salem's Lot before I start on the Dark Tower series ready for DT7. Just over a month isn't it?

@Fool - I agree that Covenant is a much better character than Linden, but Linden isn't too bad. Looking forward to seeing TC in future novels, certainly. Runes ending aside, SRD has made it clear he will be back.

@Tiste Simeon - Shadowmarch is the first novel in a new series, unrelated to War of the Flowers. I finished it last week, it's pretty good.

Lord of Chaos - Robert Jordan

I have my reasons for reading it. Mostly I just need sleep.

I *glanced* at WOT earlier today and I almost threw up. Needless to say I think I'll give it another year before I try to continue.

@Manufactured
I could not finish Evolution. Its the second book I haven't finished, which is saying something. And its the one I never remember too, which shows it wasn't very memorable. In general, it sucked.
