Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Just started The Time Traveller's Wife.
'Tell me, Tool, what dominates your thoughts?'
The Imass shrugged before replying. 'I think of Mafia, Adjunct.'
'Do all Imass think about Mafia?'
'No. Few think at all.'
'Why is that?'
The Imass leaned his head to one side and regarded her. 'Because, Adjunct, they are sheeple.'
Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that frisbee getting bigger?" ... and then it hits me.
The Imass shrugged before replying. 'I think of Mafia, Adjunct.'
'Do all Imass think about Mafia?'
'No. Few think at all.'
'Why is that?'
The Imass leaned his head to one side and regarded her. 'Because, Adjunct, they are sheeple.'
Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that frisbee getting bigger?" ... and then it hits me.

Hey!
Just finshed Robin Hobb's Forest Mage. I was curious, what with all the mixed reviews about it.
Although not Hobb's best novel to date, Forest Mage is better than what a lot of people are trying to make it.
My non-spoiler book review is now on the blog, if anyone is interested.
To anyone interested in reading this book, just go into it with an open mind and don't listen to all the crap that's being said. Some will like Forest Mage and some won't. It's as simple as that...

Hi there!
I've just finished Paul S. Kemp's MIDNIGHT'S MASK. And in retrospect, this novel/series is a good effort by an author who will likely make a good name for himself in the genre. However, I feel that The Erevis Cale trilogy will appeal to a younger audience, or one that is more action-oriented.

Just finished Greg Keyes and his Blood Knight
And now I'm reading Steven Erikson Blood Follows , I liked Korbal , Bauchelain and Emancipor in MOI (I love his name !!)
And for Stevie King and his Dark Tower , I started it but never finished it , weird for someone like me who worship Stevie ...
