The big 'surprise' w the RPG was that it is a Cosmere RPG, not, as hinted at but never firmly stated, a Stormlight RPG. The current kickstarter offers include a Stormlight Setting Guide and a Mistborn Setting Guide, as well as players and GM books, figures, a screen, maps, dice, etc.

The price jumps pretty quickly if you move from pdfs to hardcopies with extras.

Not that Sanderson Inc needs to worry.... their goal was $350k, last i looked on Day 2 they were at $4.5mil. I swear the man could sell mist-cloak style frayed toiletpaper at this point.

I admit that I'm tempted. I see no time or opportunity for RPG'ing in the near future, but games book can be fun reading and it would be interesting to see Sanderson's Cosmere worlds codified.
