The South China Morning Post, which is not state owned (it's owned by Ali Baba). But of course the state still exerts tremendous influence over what gets published there.

Hmm... given that anything they don't want published gets censored, I'm going to say that's probably politically motivated too. It's really depressing how it was forgotten so quickly.
