I've decided to write about Steven Erikson for an English assignment, but so far I've had no luck in finding a biography. I have found useful interviews, as well as a little info on his life here and there. However, I don't suppose anyone would know if there are any real Steven Erikson biographies on the internet? I'd really appreciate it someone could help me out. Thanks a lot!

Hmm.... that's difficult as I'm sure the majority of the sources you've covered are the ones we all have access to.
If the man himself doesn't answer this thread, perhaps you could direct your enquiries to Transworld Publishers, try emailing

info@transworld-publishers.co.uk

and see if it gets you any joy.... good luck! :D

Actually, when I wrote my major assignment on GotM and SE last year, I discovered that Mr. Erikson has acquired his very own entry in The Ultimate Encyclopedia of Fantasy, The Definitive Illustrated Guide, London, 2002, Pringle, David (ed.).

A kinda short entry, alas, but an entry none the less! :)

I suspect that his entry may very well have grown significantly in the 2005 edition, maybe worth checking it out?

Can't seem to find where i got all the interviews from (got 'em on paper you see) but here is a list of where to find at least a few interviews and loads of reviews (apallingly many of them being rather negative, actually :D)
