In the Nascent, Trull Sengar found some Moranth Munitions...anyone have any ideas as to how they came to be there? So far Erikson has been very good at explaining coincidental findings like this at a later point in the series, can we assume that some sappers will have an excursion into waterworld at some point?

As i recall teh moranth munitions were dropped by karsas nom friend whose first name i forget, he leaves them behind at some point on his journey in the nascent after the wreck of the malazan ship left them floating for him to pick up.

For some reason I thought it was something to do with Stormy Gesler and Truth etc. They went through the Nascent didn't they? Oh well, I now realise the foolishness of such thoughts!

tiste edur made the moranth munitions, at least they taught the moranth to make them in any case, iirc, so that trull didnt recognise them is also a sign of how fallen the tiste edur are as a people
