Don’t think we’ll get more than 8 this late.

So we want to stay with the same format or beef up the lineups since we’ve got so few teams?

I know some leagues start 2 qb, 4 rb, etc.
I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.

With 8 teams, everyone is going to be stacked. Maybe expanding the format would add a little more strategy by getting some deeper picks into the lineup. Downside is that season ending injuries on the big names are harder to replace with everyone having a more robust bench.

I’d be up for slight change if others want to try it.

Two Qbs and some extra Wr would help balance it out. Do we wantto expand RBs. They are usually harder to get and more likely to be injured.

Also I have done 0 prep this year.

I would also be fine going without a K and/or D, personally.

Who are you going to draft if you can't draft kickers for every round. I like that set up. Anyone else have any thoughts?
